What methods of payment do you accept? |

Through our web site we accept major credit cards and debit cards, including: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept credit card orders via any means aside from this web site. You'll notice I use PayPal as my secure payment source. Setting up a PayPal account is quick, painless, and does not cost you anything! It is the number one used payment source for Ebay, and millions of other websites. |

Do your charms fit on cup or mug handles? |

They fit on most mug and cup handles. Since my charms do not have to clip to close, they can stretch around a handle and not have to be fully closed. |

What if I see a theme of charms I like, but want another color of beads? |
| A. |
For the most part, that is not a problem. For example, if you like the Garden charms, but prefer a color scheme of another set, you may place a custom order, subject to custom order charges. If you would like to request your own color ideas, I will do my best based on the colors I have in stock. You may call me at 1-877-5CHARMS or contact us and we can discuss the details. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. |

I'd like to order wine charms as my wedding favors, can I get them to match my wedding colors? |

Most likely, yes! I have quite a pallet of springtime pastels as well as deep, rich fall colors that can work with most color schemes. If you do not see your color online, or the color does not look like a match, you can mail me a color swatch and I can see about matching to your wedding colors. |

How quickly do orders ship? |

With the exception of custom orders, your charms are mailed out in 48 hours, but around the holidays I strive to fill orders within 24 hours. |

How long does it take to get a wedding order shipped? Can I get my order in time for my wedding? |

This will definitely depend on the timing of your order! Since every wedding order placed is quite literally made to order, there are hours sometimes days of work to be done to prepare your shipment. Typically an order will take 4-6 weeks to ship. Although I take my orders on a first come first serve basis, I do take into consideration the date of the wedding and will work hard to put any orders that we see could use an earlier shipment, up first. If there is one tip that we may suggest which usually allows an earlier shipment, it would be to choose a mix of color tones that would be acceptable with your overall color scheme and not 150 charms of the same color. For example if your wedding color is mint green, instead of ordering all keepsakes in one color, consider a mix of pastels such as adding pinks and light blue to your mix. Depending on our levels of inventory, this, at times, allows us to fulfill the order sooner and ship it out. |

We use the merchant services of PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Rest assured, the information you submit to us for your order (name, address, credit card, etc.) is secured and we will keep your confidential information private. Why do I have to supply my phone number? |

Using PayPal as my online payment source, I must choose a permanent phone number requirement. Because StemDecor offers the freedom of custom orders, we must have some way of contacting my client if there are any questions. If you are placing a standard order, we most likely will not need to contact you, however it is a required field, so you must input something. Please refer to my Privacy Policy page and be assured your private information is in no way shared, traded, or sold! |

Can I buy wholesale and sell your charms in my store? |

YES! I do sell wholesale to gift shops and kitchen stores. You can order online, with a special coupon code for the wholesale pricing. All wholesale orders have minimum qty requirements with tax id number or other proof of storefront. Please contact me. |
